TERMS: ALL contestants will be placed in categories based on age and gender, example: Mr. Elite (male competition) All under age 18 must submit A PHOTO COPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR A COPY OF YOUR IDENTIFICATION AND/or A STUDENT ID IS REQUIRED.
By selected "I Agree" below, the contestant and/or her parent/guardian do certify that to the best of their knowledge all information contained in this application is true and accurate and that they have read and understood the rules and regulations of the Elite BRAND and are to accept and abide by them.
By submitting application you are in agreement below, the contestant  also understand in order to compete this application and the waiver must be submitted with application fee of $300 and a $50 non-refundable deposit fee must be submitted.
